I played a key role in strengthening Freedom First Credit Union's brand across digital, print, and in-branch experiences. I led the creative development of integrated marketing campaigns, produced engaging social media content, and helped modernize member-facing touch points through a comprehensive visual rebrand, creating a more cohesive and recognizable brand experience across every customer interaction.
Every campaign began with understanding the product or service being promoted, identifying the target audience, and collaborating with leadership to align creative objectives with business goals. Existing brand assets, campaign performance, and marketing trends were evaluated to ensure each initiative supported Freedom First's evolving brand identity.
Using insights from research, I developed creative concepts that could scale across multiple channels. Whether launching a new financial product, producing social media content, or refreshing member-facing materials, the focus was on creating clear messaging and a consistent visual language that connected with members while reinforcing the brand.
The final creative execution spanned a wide range of media, including television commercials, digital advertising, billboards, print collateral, social media graphics, motion graphics, and short-form video content for Instagram and Facebook. I also helped rebrand key member touchpoints, which include the website, in-branch digital displays, signage, and other customer-facing materials to create a unified brand experience across every platform.
